Pinnacle at Symphony Place

The building was recognized as the 2010 NAIOP Nashville Office Development Deal of the year. The Bass, Berry & Sims lease transaction received the 2010 NAIOP Nashville Office Lease Deal of the year. The building received Gold LEED Certification making it the first LEED-certified skyscraper in the state.

Originally the buildings were being developed for Nortel Networks until the technology bubble burst and Nortel didn't need the space. Cingular Wireless was actively seeking space in the market and in the matter of 7 weeks we were able to negotiate a new lease with Cingular for the entire space while construction continued.

Milton Park was awarded the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Development of Excellence Award and recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as its mixed‐use development of the year in 2002.

SunTrust Plaza

Has been the second-tallest building in Atlanta since constructed. When completed, it was the 28th tallest building in the world, and 21st tallest building in the United States. Since Atlanta's tallest, the Bank of America Plaza, is located in nearby Midtown, SunTrust Plaza is the tallest in the downtown area, and features a rotating light on its pinnacle.
