Components included a stand-alone Day Care Center, Free Standing Athletic Club, first Doubletree Hotel (now a Westin Hotel) east of the Mississippi. Rezoned two 18 story office buildings into twin 31 story office towers all surrounding a center piece lake.  This 2 million square foot office park consistently sets the premium position above its peer group.
