Beginning with the opening of One NorthWinds Center in February 1997 and culminating with the completion of 600 NorthWinds Center in August of 2000, Greenstone principals delivered six 6 story 150,000 square foot Class A office buildings (totaling 900,000 SF) within the 270 acre NorthWinds mixed use development.  NorthWinds was purchased, master planned and rezoned in 1995.  Tenants included Verifone, MCI, Fireman’s Fund, Siebel Systems, American Express, GE, A.G. Edwards and Whittman-Hart.
