Chris Schoen
Managing Principal
Chris Schoen has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, concentrating most of his experience on the development, leasing and management process. He brings to Greenstone an exceptional understanding of the development process, the effective and quality of leasing and management activities from all technical aspects and relationships created in the Atlanta real estate community and throughout the United States. Prior to Greenstone, Chris was the CEO of Barry Real Estate Companies, and previously worked with world-renowned architect John Portman. Chris is a graduate of the architectural program at Auburn University and earned a PMD degree from Harvard Business School.

De Little
Emeritus
A native Atlantan, De Little has been active in Atlanta real estate since 1988. Prior to forming Greenstone in 2005, De worked in the Real Estate Lending Group of what is now Bank of America and as a principal with Pope & Land. De has been responsible for and involved with several million square feet of office and industrial development; multiple land acquisitions and master planned communities. De holds a BS from Wake Forest and a MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management.

Prior to joining Greenstone Properties in September 2011, Kelly worked with Chris Schoen at Barry Real Estate Companies from 1998 to 2011. Kelly graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Management.

Addie Head
Asset Manager
Addie joined Greenstone Properties in 2018 as an asset manager. Her responsibilities, however, include many aspects of the development process as well, including contracting and supervision of project design, construction, and engineering team members, financing arrangements, equity partner communication, as well as overall budget accounting and reporting. Addie’s focus is currently in the North Augusta, Riverside Village development and in the, Kingsland, GA Mixed Use Development. Addie received a Bachelor of Economics with a Mathematics concentration from Auburn University.
