SOLUTION

This FBI Field Office project is a 5 story 162,530 square foot Class A office building and a related annex facility located in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The FBI, represented by the GSA, is the sole occupant. This highly secure facility was, by necessity, constructed with state-of-the art building security technologies and systems. The FBI project was completed in 2012. The project, following project award and all design and engineering was sold to a private investor / operator.
