The Hartford’s initial requirements were twofold; one for its corporate offices and one for servicing. Both had different location and building needs. We were able to separate the requirements and developed two separate buildings: Two Point Royal and 50 Glenlake

50 Glenlake was developed with The Hartford as the lead tenant. The Project came in under budget and 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
Atlanta Business Chronicle awarded these two leases, “Lease Deal of the Year.”
