HD Supply
HD Supply set out to identify a new corporate headquarters location in Atlanta. They wanted a location that provided excellent access and visibility to I-75. They also wanted to control the design process in order to create an environment that allowed them to recruit and retain best in class level employees. Lastly, HD Supply desired a build-to-suit option that allowed them to be the only tenant in the building.

The HD Supply property will include 222,000 sf class A office space over eight stories.
SOLUTION
Greenstone identified the HD Supply land in 2014 and moved forward with the site planning and design phases in order to attract a first-class company to the project. Greenstone had plans for a 200,000-250,000SF office tower on the site. Greenstone presented the opportunity to HD Supply and welcomed their input and guidance on the ultimate site plan, square footage and design. Greenstone worked hand in hand with HD Supply with the ultimate goal of creating a world class environment.
