SOLUTION

This National Archives and Records Administration project is a 3+ story 474,690 square foot Class A office building and records facility located in suburban St. Louis.  NARA, represented by the GSA, is the sole occupant. Housing one of the nation’s largest collections of military personnel and other such records, this highly secure facility was, by necessity, constructed with state-of-the art building security technologies and systems. The NARA project was completed in 2011. The project, following project award and all design and engineering was sold to a private investor / operator.
