SOLUTION

Pickard Chilton was commissioned to design the signature asset.  The Pinnacle building was the first new downtown building in Nashville to gain LEED Gold Certification.  The unique design allowed for up to 8 corner offices per floor a feature that was highly appealing to Bass Berry & Sims.
