CLIENT NEEDS

Two Point Royal was developed with The Hartford as the lead tenant.  The Hartford’s initial requirements were twofold; one for its corporate offices and one for servicing.  Both had different location needs.  We were able to separate the requirements and developed two separate buildings; One Point Royal and 50 Glenlake.
