Greenstone recognized a significant market void in the Springdale area and worked to target suitable locations to meet Verizon’s specific needs. With little success in the traditional raw land or demo-rebuild options, Greenstone identified a former Sizzler restaurant and proposed to do a complete retrofit, including a total gut inside, new roof and HVAC, reskin of the exterior, a parking lot upgrade, and a complete landscaping overhaul.
