This was our fourth project for Hartford Insurance. Originally, Hartford planned to occupy only 80% of the building for a 12-year term. During construction, Hartford realized how efficient the floor plan was and wanted to expand to occupy 100% of the building.

DETAILS
Due to the efficiencies and Hartford’s growth, additional parking was required-they needed a ratio of 9 spaces per 1,000. Barry was able to purchase additional land to accommodate Hartford’s parking needs, to expand their space at an increased rental rate, and to extend their lease term to 15 years. The Project was delivered on time and within the budget.
