OVERVIEW
Greenstone, in conjunction with the City of N. Augusta, is developing a 30 acre parcel known as Riverside Village at Hammonds Ferry. The development features a 4,200 seat minor league baseball stadium, a number of residential offerings, retail establishments, restaurants, office space and associated parking.
The Crowne Plaza, which opened in January 2019, is a 180-key full service hotel featuring 7,000 sf of conferencing space, bars on the main floor and on the rooftop, as well as a full service restaurant.
The project is one of IHG’s newest ground-up Crowne Plaza hotels.
