CLIENT NEEDS
Parkwood Point opened in a dismal office space market with 20% vacancy for Class A office space, but we managed to lese it up to 96% in just over a year. The project incurred some cost overruns due to hitting significant rock on the site but we anticipated the timing issues and were able to build the cost for The Hartford’s holdover rent into the project budget.
