Cumberland Office Park consisted of 55 acres of land and 640,000 square feet of office space purchase from Prentiss Properties in August 2003.

The 2500 building was sold to an investor group in the summer of 2004. In 2005, Printpak purchased the 2840 building, demolished the existing structure and developed their corporate headquarters on the underlying land; Home Depot purchased the 2580, 2600 and 2690 buildings; and the 2700 building was sold to an investor group. The 2575 and 2625 buildings and tis accompanying 13 acres were sold to The Shailendra Group in 2006. Cumberland Office Park was a joint venture with Greenstone/Pope & Land and Granite Properties.
